Bellbird Birding Tours is an Australian-based small-group birding specialist that began operating in 2014. The company markets itself as "Australia's Birding Specialist" and is best known for hard-to-reach domestic itineraries targeting cryptic and range-restricted endemics in the country's most remote regions. Alongside its Australian programme, Bellbird runs an expanding international slate covering Costa Rica, Colombia, Borneo, Bali and Java, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, New Zealand, Norway and Svalbard, Thailand and Vietnam. Their Costa Rica itinerary covers the standard highland-and-slope circuit with a focus on regional signature species such as Resplendent Quetzal, motmots, macaws and manakins.
