Wildlife Travel is a long-established UK-based small-group wildlife tour operator that runs natural-history holidays across Europe, North Africa and beyond, with a strong botanical and ornithological focus. The company has worked in partnership with the Estonian guiding outfit NatourEst since 2014 and uses local guides as co-leaders on each destination. For birders, their April Estonia tour is built around the early-spring owl and woodpecker movements (Ural, Pygmy and Tengmalm's Owls; up to seven woodpecker species including Black, White-backed and Three-toed), grouse leks (Capercaillie, Black and Hazel Grouse), and the Baltic-staging sea ducks at Põõsaspea. Their Morocco itinerary moves through the Atlantic coast, the Sous Valley argan forest, the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara fringe at Erg Chebbi for endemics such as Moussier's Redstart, Northern Bald Ibis and Atlas Horned Lark.
