Turaco Birding (Musa Jatta)

Turaco Birding is the small guiding operation of Musa Jatta, based at Baobab Holiday Resort in Bijilo on the Gambian coast. With more than a decade of full-time guiding experience, Musa runs half-day and full-day coastal walks around Banjul as well as up-river trips of several days to Tendaba and Basse Santa Su. He also leads cross-border itineraries into Senegal, covering Niokolo-Koba National Park to the south and Djoudj National Bird Sanctuary to the north. Group sizes are capped at eight participants, with guiding handled personally by Musa.
