Sakertour is a Hungary-based birding and wildlife photography operator established in 1994, with three decades of guiding experience across Central and Eastern Europe. Their core operations cover Hungary's Hortobágy puszta and Romania's Transylvania, Danube Delta and Dobrudja regions, alongside combined itineraries reaching Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. The company runs a network of dedicated photography hides for raptors and waterbirds, and is named for the Saker Falcon, a regional speciality. Flagship trips include their Red-breasted Goose tour, White-tailed Eagle photography weeks and brown bear, Eurasian lynx and European mink wildlife hides — making them one of the longest-running specialist operators in the region.
