Michael Blendinger Nature Tours

Michael Blendinger is a Samaipata-based naturalist guide who has run nature and birding tours across Bolivia since the early 2000s. He works across an unusually wide range of Bolivian habitats, from the cloud forests of Amboro National Park and the Yungas to the lowland Amazon, the Pantanal wetlands and the high-altitude puna. His programme is presented as 'birding light' as well as intensive trip-list-driven birding, aimed at travellers who want to combine bird observation with broader natural and cultural context. Guiding is offered in English, Spanish and German.
