Jason Lara Tours

Jason Lara is a bilingual independent birding guide based in Boquete, Western Panama. He runs customised half-day excursions across the Chiriquí Highlands, the Continental Divide and the Pacific lowlands, covering cloud forest and rainforest habitats within reach of Boquete. Trips run for one to eight participants and typically produce around fifty species per outing, with up to eighty possible across multi-stop days. Specialty targets include the Resplendent Quetzal and a wide range of the region's roughly fifty-five hummingbird species.
