About
HopiBonaire is a small island-based tour operator on Bonaire in the Caribbean Netherlands, offering private guided birdwatching excursions tailored to the visitor's interests and skill level. Their birding tours run for four to five hours and include transportation, binoculars, field guides, refreshments and photography support, with itineraries that take in both well-known birding sites and off-the-beaten-path corners of the island.
Bonaire is a notable bird destination thanks to its mix of mangroves, salt pans, dry forest and coastline supporting more than 45 regularly observed species. HopiBonaire's tours target signature island birds including the endemic Lora (Yellow-shouldered Parrot), American Flamingo colonies, Ruby-topaz Hummingbird, Brown Booby, Magnificent Frigatebird and a range of herons, raptors and migrant warblers.
