Finnature Oy is a Finnish bird and wildlife tour company based in Muhos, near Oulu in northern Finland. Founded more than three decades ago, the company specialises in northern and eastern Palearctic birds rarely encountered elsewhere in Europe, exploiting Finland's position as a meeting point of boreal forest, Arctic tundra and Siberian taiga. Finnature operates set-departure and tailor-made tours across Finland, Northern Norway and Estonia, with strong programmes for owls, woodpeckers, grouse and Arctic seabirds. The company also runs wildlife hides for Brown Bear, Wolverine and Saimaa Ringed Seal photography, and provides ground-handling services for international tour operators bringing groups to the region.
