Experience Olympic

Carolyn Wilcox is the owner and sole guide of Experience Olympic, a small birding and wildlife outfit based in Port Angeles, Washington. With more than twenty years of guiding experience on the Olympic Peninsula, she takes private clients across Olympic National Park and the surrounding coastlines, where more than 300 bird species have been recorded. Wilcox participates in Christmas Bird Counts and USGS breeding bird surveys, and tailors itineraries to seabirds, alpine specialties, or seasonal migration depending on the time of year. Tour sites include Hurricane Ridge, Ediz Hook, Cape Flattery, and the Dungeness River and Spit.
