Bird Mongolia

Bird Mongolia is the dedicated birding division of Ayan Travel LLC, a Mongolian adventure and photography tour company with roughly 16 years in the country's tourism industry. The team pairs local Mongolian birders with associated ornithologists to run birdwatching, bird photography and falconry-heritage tours across Mongolia's important bird areas and the three major migratory flyways that cross the country. Itineraries range from short photography trips to the Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve near Ulaanbaatar through to extensive Gobi and steppe expeditions targeting specialties such as Pallas's Sandgrouse, Henderson's Ground Jay and Altai Snowcock. Tours are offered for both group birders and twitchers, with customised options for photographers and falconers.
