Big Planet Adventures

Big Planet Adventures is a multi-office travel company with bases in Sydney, Havana, London and the US that runs a dedicated Cuba birdwatching tour pitched at twitchers chasing the island's endemics. Their headline itinerary builds around eight guided birding sessions with local specialists, targeting at least 20 of Cuba's 28 endemic species. Key targets across the Zapata Peninsula and supporting reserves include Cuban Trogon, Bee Hummingbird, Giant Kingbird, Fernandina's Flicker, Cuban Tody, Zapata Wren and Zapata Sparrow. Outside the birding programme they also offer general multi-day, day and custom tours across the island.
