Each poster is automatically generated based on the bird species found at your address. This is what makes every poster unique — it’s a true reflection of the avian life in your neighborhood, not a generic selection.

What if I just moved to a new address?

No problem! We map the birds based on the location itself, not how long you’ve lived there. The bird species at any given address are determined by the local habitat, not the resident.

What if I don’t recognize the birds on my poster?

That’s part of the fun! Every species on your poster is clearly labeled with its common name, so your poster doubles as a field guide for your own backyard. You might be surprised how many species are right outside your door.

Will all the birds on my poster actually be at my location?

Your poster features the birds most likely to be seen right at your specific address. If your location doesn’t have many species regularly seen right at your address, the poster includes the birds most likely to be seen in close proximity. For example, if your address is in an urban area with little natural habitat, birds may be pulled from nearby parks, green spaces, or coastlines.

I live in a city. Will my poster still have lots of birds?

Absolutely. Even dense urban areas host surprising bird diversity. And even if you live in a concrete desert with no natural habitat, your poster will display the birds most likely to be found within close proximity. Cities often have green spaces and waterways that attract plenty of species within walking distance.

What’s the difference between the poster address and shipping address?

Do you offer returns or refunds?
